Acceptable Use Policy

Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what is and is not allowed when using EzImgEditor, including our AI image editor, uploaded images, text prompts, reference images, generated outputs, downloads, accounts, subscriptions, and credits.

By using EzImgEditor, you agree to this policy, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy. If you are unsure whether a use case is allowed, contact support@ezimgeditor.ai before generating or uploading content.

Allowed Uses

EzImgEditor is intended for practical and professional image workflows, including product photos, ecommerce assets, social graphics, ads, thumbnails, background changes, object cleanup, non-deceptive creative edits, and general image enhancement.

You must have the rights, permissions, and consent needed for any prompt, image, reference material, or output you upload, process, save, or publish.

AI Image Safety Rules

You may not use EzImgEditor for NSFW, explicit, pornographic, sexually suggestive, abusive, exploitative, or harmful content generation. This restriction applies to prompts, uploaded images, reference images, generated outputs, saved creations, and downloads.

You may not use EzImgEditor to create, request, upload, edit, or distribute:

• sexual, explicit, pornographic, fetish, or sexually suggestive content;
• sexualized depictions of minors or any content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation;
• hateful, harassing, abusive, violent, self-harm, extremist, or exploitative content;
• content that impersonates a real person or misrepresents identity, affiliation, endorsement, or authorization;
• face-swap, deepfake, face manipulation, identity replacement, or deceptive likeness edits;
• private, sensitive, biometric, medical, financial, or identifying information without proper rights and consent;
• illegal activity, regulated goods, weapons, drugs, fraud, phishing, malware, spyware, or evasion of security controls;
• content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other intellectual property rights;
• attempts to bypass content moderation, safety filters, rate limits, account controls, payment controls, or abuse prevention systems.

Moderation and Enforcement

EzImgEditor may use automated and manual safety checks to review prompts, uploaded content, generation requests, and account activity. Some AI Image Editor prompts may be screened by third-party moderation providers before generation.

If a request is blocked, do not try to bypass the restriction. Revise the prompt or image so it fits this policy.

We may refuse, block, remove, limit, suspend, or terminate access to EzImgEditor when content or activity violates this policy, our Terms, law, third-party rights, payment processor requirements, or platform safety rules.

Reporting Abuse

To report abuse, policy violations, or intellectual property concerns, contact support@ezimgeditor.ai with the account email, relevant URLs or screenshots, and a short explanation.
